Hello!

I am a UX designer with a fervour for creative problem-solving and a unique background in life sciences and Industrial Microbiology.
My scientific training has sharpened my analytical and problem-solving skills, allowing me to approach visual design challenges and UX research with a methodical and innovative mindset. This diverse foundation equips me with a distinct perspective, enabling me to create user-centred designs that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
Let's design the future together!

My Design Process

01
Research & Discover

'Research' is one of my core processes to discover more about the context and thoroughly understand it through various UX research methods.
I believe good primary and secondary research leads to the discovery of great insights into users' pain points and requirements, which help me to empathize with users better. Knowing this helps me to shape my approach toward 'User-Centric Designs'.

Define

As a design practitioner, my design process involves defining my problems and my goals. As I begin to understand the context, at this stage I define the problem statement based on the discovery and insights from the research and pain points of the users.
At this stage I try to establish my goals taking into account my values, principles and motivations, that will guide my approach for designing.

Thinking & Ideating

The "Ideation phase" is the stage in my process where, with context in my mind, setting objectives is the key, as it helps keep me focused on the points that are important to fulfil.
Constant critiquing, analysing and questioning helps me narrow down ideas. This iterative step highlights the key insights that can form a concept. I start brainstorming and ideating solutions

At this stage, I also progress from insights to concepts. I pay attention to the details. Also, critiquing and understanding whether this is adding value or not.

I always start with pencil and paper, it gives clarity to me for putting down my ideas into the form of designs that users can interact with and it should solve the problem I started with.
I believe that designing is a process that never ends. Constant iterations and evolutions in designs are needed throughout the process.
